It works by the dentist fitting a protective shield for gums and a whitening gel painted to your teeth. A special light is then shone on to the gel to activate the whitening procedure. The total cost of QuckWhite (upper and lower jaw) is 450 euros (approx. £320)

Conventional Bleaching

This is the cheaper option and most common type of teeth whitening. By making an impression of your teeth, the dentist will create a special tray in which bleaching gel is added. He will start off the bleaching and demonstrate how to use it. You will need to wear the tray overnight for about a week. This is similar to the home kits you purchase from most chemists in UK. However, these are a milder form of teeth bleaching and are not as effective due to the concentration and non-bespoke fitting of the tray. It is also highly recommended to have bleaching done by a dentist as it is dangerous should your mouth be in poor health.

The cost of conventional bleaching is 250 euros (approx. £180)

Before any teeth whitening our dentists will offer a free consultation and check that your teeth are in good health. Should you be travelling to Budapest for teeth whitening only, it is advisable to see your own dentist first, as any infections or cavities would make teeth whitening impossible.
