PerfectProfiles is unique in having its own offices (not representation) in both the UK and Hungary. We will organise all dental appointments and arrange for you to be met and transferred to your accommodation. Our staff will be on hand to help with further appointments or any queries you may have. A daily contact will be made to ensure that you have everything you need including arrangements for any excursions, should you require. Once back at home, should any problems arise, our offices in either the UK or Budapest are available to liase with the dental practice and resolve any issues.

To help us organise your dental treatment there are 3 easy steps to take that are outlined below:

STEP 1

Send in an initial enquiry form and we will be able to give you an indication of costs and length of stay needed. If you also have a panoramic digital x-ray this would enable us to give a more accurate plan and pricing.

Free consultation in Budapest - Here you will meet your dentist or in the case of specialisation your dental team (i.e for implants you will meet your dentist and implantologist). This is free and includes free x-rays and transfers where necessary (all our clinics are central, with some located within hotels). A plan with quotation will be given and if you are happy, some treatments can be started on this initial trip. We have special 1 and 2 night dental packages that include extremely favourable rates at our hotels and free airport transfers.

Consultation in London - We appreciate that not everyone is able to see a dentist or their NHS dentist has to refer them to a private dentist for specialist work. Therefore not everyone has a dental plan or x-rays for us to give a pricing before you travel. To eliminate this problem we have arranged with a Harley Street dental clinic to offer consultations in London before you travel. A digital x-ray will be taken and a quotation given within 24 hours. There is a charge for this that will be refunded should you have treatment carried out in Hungary.

STEP 2

Treatment in Budapest – Your dental plan will give you the price and number of visits with duration, required for your treatment. We will help to organise all dental appointments and offer you our accommodation rates. Should have or prefer to organise your own accommodation, this is OK by us. Should the accommodation still be central downtown Buda or Pest we will organise free transfers to and from your dental appointments. Our office in Budapest will be on hand, should you experience any difficulties or need any further clarification regarding your dental treatment.

STEP 3
It is rare that problems do occur after your return and these are usually minor adjustments needed for temporary crowns/dentures. Should you experience any problems on your return according to our guarantee we are here to help. Through our office in Budapest we are in daily contact with the dental clinic and can receive answers to any problems immediately. If the problem can be resolved using your own dentist then we have a set charge in place to cover this (see guarantee). Alternatively we can organise you visit our dentist in London. However, should the problem prove to be larger and resulting in something covered by our guarantee, we will fly you to Budapest and accommodate you at our own cost.
