Located in the heart of the city on the Pest side, your consultation and surgery will be within the Rokus Hospital.

One the earliest founded hospitals in Europe, The Rokus Hospital, is highly respected. It has had a number of famous surgeons practicing here, including Ignac Semmelweis, who is regarded by the world to have discovered for the need of sterilization within hospitals. Rokus Hospital is also renowned for the first hospital in Europe to have an x-ray laboratory, only 2 years after Rontgen invented the x-ray machine.

Today it is still run as a state hospital, but also has a modern equipped private wing where our patients will be staying. Your private room is of a nice décor with TV, private facilities and air-conditioned. The hospital therefore offers you the comfort and privacy of a private clinic, within the private wing, but can also offer all the security and safety of a big hospital, by having resources such as a 24 hour manned intensive care unit.

Recovery period

Having surgery abroad does save you a considerable amount of money, yet at the same time our surgeons have to take into account your health, safety and after care. In the UK you are generally sent home the day after the surgery, on the basis that you can return to the clinic for your post-operative check-ups. For your recovery period in Budapest you will generally need to stay between 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on the procedure and your general state of health. Accommodation

The Health Spa Resort Margaret Island is ideal for your recuperation. The island is situated in the heart of the city between the banks of Buda and Pest. Offering an oasis of relaxation and green parkland, it is only minutes away from the main tourist attractions of the city. In the main, the hotel's clientele are staying for the wellness and medicinal properties that the hotel's thermal waters have to offer. This informal bathrobe clad environment allows our cosmetic surgery clients to have an inconspicuous and relaxed stay. The Perfect Profiles office is also located here alongside our dental clinic. We have negotiated extremely favourable rates for our cosmetic clients staying here..

For longer stay clients that wish a little more space and freedom than a hotel can offer, we can arrange centrally located apartments. These apartments start around 40 euros (£28) per night and will only be minutes away by taxi from the clinic.

Transfers

We will organise free airport transfers and transfers for all your clinic/surgery appointments. These transfers apply to both our accommodation and accommodations of your own choosing. However, in the case of your own accommodation, they must be centrally located.
